Exchange your Bosch 0 438 100 145 core for a rebuilt unit that is ready to install. The "145" Bosch model is for 1986-94 Porsche 930 cars using the Lambda control system. 

Our fuel distributors are rebuilt by skilled technicians using tooling and processes based on the original Bosch manufacturing methods. All rebuilt units are bench / flow tested to ensure they are operating within factory specifications. We don’t sell rebuild kits for fuel distributors, because most individuals and shops lack the equipment and process knowledge to perform this specialized job.

Comes with 24-month repair-only warranty. You must fully clean your entire fuel system prior to install to receive warranty coverage. Components affected by debris are not covered by warranty. Do not use ethanol fuel in your Porsche CIS fuel system.

This part is sold on an exchange basis and we must receive your rebuildable, matching core before we ship this rebuilt unit to you. 

Shipping Instructions:
Please remove all fuel hose/line fittings from your fuel distributor and hang onto those. There is an extra charge if we have to remove them here. Drain the part of all fuel, and place it in a sealed bag or container. Pack the sealed part into a sturdy box and ensure the part cannot move around inside the box. Write your order number on outside of box and ship postage pre-paid to:

All returns require pre-approval. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, with the exception of approved warranty returns, or if we ship a different part number than ordered. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Inspect your order immediately when it arrives. We must be notified within 5 days if there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.

Returns (except warranty) won't be accepted if the part:
 - Has been installed, used, damaged, is dirty or incomplete
 - Is not sellable as new
 - Arrived in sealed packaging that has been opened
 - Is an electrical part, a distributor spring, a custom or cut-to-length item, or a Special Order
 - Was purchased more than 30 days earlier

Parts must be returned properly padded in a sturdy cardboard box. Returns sent in envelopes will be refused. Items damaged in transit to us cannot be refunded. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
