RETURN POLICY
This policy is non-negotiable and will be strictly adhered to. If you have questions about a part, please ask before purchasing. 

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

All returns / exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee, except for pre-approved warranty returns or situations in which we ship a part number that you did not order. When we process any order, we incur non-refundable bank fees, packaging and labor costs, and other expenses beyond the cost of the parts. Processing any return also consumes time and resources. The restocking fee helps us cover these costs.

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery; any shortages or wrong parts must be reported to Partsklassik within 5 days of you receiving the order.

With the exception of warranty returns, all returned parts must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, 100% complete, clean, and re-sellable as new. Parts that arrive in sealed packages must be unopened. Returned parts that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.

All items must be returned in a sturdy cardboard box. Parts returned in envelopes will not be refunded. Parts sent this way can be damaged by USPS machines and rough handling. Pack items carefully to avoid damage; we cannot refund items that are either damaged in transit or that may have sustained damage that's undetectable by simple visual inspection.

Special order, custom, and electrical parts are not returnable except for pre-approved warranty claims. Bulk hose, tubing, wiring, and similar items that are sold per unit length are not returnable. Distributor springs are not returnable.

You must obtain an RMA from us before returning any item. All returns must be sent via prepaid shipping; items shipped collect will be refused. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase. 


CORE RETURNS:

For most rebuilt products, we only ship after we receive your core. Cores sent in must be complete and rebuildable. Unless you have organized it directly with us beforehand, the core must be like-for-like with matching part numbers. If the core is incomplete, damaged, or otherwise problematic, we will contact you.

Please take care in packaging your parts; pack so they are well protected and sealed if they smell or leak. Heavy cores can punch through a cardboard box if they are not packed snugly. All cores must be sent with shipping prepaid; cores shipped collect will be refused. 

In rare cases when we “loan out” a core for a deposit, your deposit will be 90% refundable if the core you send in is complete, number-matching, undamaged, and rebuildable.  At our sole discretion, we may refund less than 90% for damaged or incomplete cores, or we may reject the core.

Rejected cores will be returned to the owner at his/her expense.
