Product Description:
Digital WUR for Naturally Aspirated Engines
The warm up regulator is crucial to the correct operation of the CIS Fuel system. Bosch has discontinued most if not all of the original warm up regulators used in the CIS fuel injection system. If you don’t have a rebuildable original WUR core for your 911, this digital model is a great alternative.
This digital WUR is for the Porsche 911 CIS models, 1973.5 to 1983. It replaces the original mechanical style regulator and is a direct fit into the same location. The digital WUR uses an electronic frequency valve and a temperature sensor to accurately deliver a precise "Control Pressure" under all operating conditions. Comes with a 15 page owner’s manual including installation instructions.
This unit has a base program already installed. If you want to be able to program the settings, we offer a an optional interface cable for your PC.
On 1975-83 vehicles that are still stock, no modifications should be necessary to install this unit. The 1973.5-1974 models may require some fitting changes depending on the model of WUR currently installed. We offer a conversion kit that allows early CIS cars to accept later WURs or the digital WUR.
We also carry a digital WUR version for Porsche 930 models with CIS.
One year limited manufacturer's warranty from date of purchase. As with all electrical parts, this item is only returnable for pre-approved warranty repair or warranty replacement.

Aftermarket
Our founders have worked on Porsche cars for decades. They've tried most of our aftermarket products first hand on real cars. Some parts are no longer made by an O.E.M company, or the price difference between genuine and aftermarket has become so large that it makes sense to take the savings. If you have any questions about an aftermarket product, please contact us.

Hello Mike, great news! We installed the digital warm-up regulator in the 77 911. A total success. We have been going around and around with this car for the last 14 years, even after an engine rebuild. No one ever checked the fuel pressure until my latest attempt with a different mechanic. We found the fuel pressure to be way above what it should have been. This was probably contributing to the poor running under acceleration, probably flooding. We installed the new warm-up regulator and immediately, the car has its old power back, and it zips!
Very satisfying! Thanks for your help, Steve Lynch
