Weber Replacement Parts Set
One set needed per carburetor.
Pair this set with our Weber Master Gasket Kit.

The parts in this set should be replaced on every rebuild of Weber 3- Barrel carbs (IDA, IDS, IDAP, etc). Why? Bowl plugs, needle/seat plugs, and main jet holders tend to snap or leak due to age, corrosion, and over-torquing by prior technicians. Fuel inlet strainers disintegrate over time and contaminate the carbs. Then there are common wear points, like the pump lever at the throttle shaft.

We've created this Parts Kit to supplement our Weber Master Gasket Kit.
Each kit covers one carburetor and includes:

    2x  Needle & Seat Plug (with Seal Ring)
    2x  Float Bowl Plug (with Fiber Washer)
    3x  Main Jet Holder (with Seal Ring)
    3x  Mixture Screw
    3x  Mixture Screw Spring
    2x  Fuel Inlet Strainer
    1x  Accelerator pump lever at throttle shaft
    1x  Knurled Pivot Pin at the Accelerator Pump
    1x  Throttle Return Spring


The following are NOT in this Kit, but may need replacing:

    - Throttle Plates (edge wear of plates is common)
        sku# 901.100.965.00 for 40mm
        Check that you don't need larger plates due to wear of bore.

    - Accelerator pump rod assembly (left and right)
         sku# 61287.003, and 61287.002

    - Brass floats that are collapsed in, corroded, leaky
         sku # 41015.007 (plastic)

    - Jets that are deformed or twisted from over-tightening and age

    - Auxiliary boosters and chokes with damaged or modified surfaces

    - Throttle shafts that are worn to 7.95mm or less, or heavily scored

All returns require pre-approval. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, with the exception of approved warranty returns, or if we ship a different part number than ordered. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Inspect your order immediately when it arrives. We must be notified within 5 days if there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.

Returns (except warranty) won't be accepted if the part:
 - Has been installed, used, damaged, is dirty or incomplete
 - Is not sellable as new
 - Arrived in sealed packaging that has been opened
 - Is an electrical part, a distributor spring, a custom or cut-to-length item, or a Special Order
 - Was purchased more than 30 days earlier

Parts must be returned properly padded in a sturdy cardboard box. Returns sent in envelopes will be refused. Items damaged in transit to us cannot be refunded. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
