Exhaust Stud Repair Tool
A must-have tool set for the 911 mechanic. This kit allows you to repair a bent or broken exhaust stud without having to remove the engine or risk damaging the head.

The fixture indexes off the exhaust port by using one of the various size bushings included. It secures to the opposite stud and allows you to accurately drill out, tap, and replace the bad stud.

Includes left hand drill bits, tap with extension, drill jigs / guides, port bushings, and a storage case. This tool will pay for itself the first time you use it.

For all 911 factory heads up to and including the 993.

All returns require pre-approval. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, with the exception of approved warranty returns, or if we ship a different part number than ordered. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Inspect your order immediately when it arrives. We must be notified within 5 days if there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.

Returns (except warranty) won't be accepted if the part:
 - Has been installed, used, damaged, is dirty or incomplete
 - Is not sellable as new
 - Arrived in sealed packaging that has been opened
 - Is an electrical part, a distributor spring, a custom or cut-to-length item, or a Special Order
 - Was purchased more than 30 days earlier

Parts must be returned properly padded in a sturdy cardboard box. Returns sent in envelopes will be refused. Items damaged in transit to us cannot be refunded. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
