This rebuilt pump has undergone complete housing polish and throating operations that significantly increase the flow rates. The increased flow is also helpful if you are upgrading to oil fed chain tensioners.

To use this pump, the oil system in the engine case must be modified to prevent the case filling with too much oil. For details of the required modification, contact us or the machine shop working on your case. 

The pump housings have also been machined to close the end clearances to correct for normal wear and tear. Gears have been cleaned, media tumbled, inspected and replaced if required, then coated to improve the running life of the gear.

Inspect your order immediately when it arrives. We must be notified within 5 days if there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.

Returns (except warranty) won't be accepted if the part:
 - Has been installed, used, damaged, is dirty or incomplete
 - Is not sellable as new
 - Arrived in sealed packaging that has been opened
 - Is an electrical part, a distributor spring, a custom or cut-to-length item, or a Special Order
 - Was purchased more than 30 days earlier

Parts must be returned properly padded in a sturdy cardboard box. Returns sent in envelopes will be refused. Items damaged in transit to us cannot be refunded. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
