Weber IDA/IDS Master Overhaul Kit
79-piece kit. Colors of parts may vary.  
For Weber 3-series carbs, IDA, IDS, IDAP, IDTP, etc.
One kit per carburetor.

Kit Includes the following:
   Top plate gasket
   Top plate to air filter housing gasket
   Carburetor to manifold gaskets
   O rings for Idle jets and for mixture screws
   Main jet sealing rings
   Accelerator nozzle sealing rings
   Float pivot sealing rings
   Top plate flat washers
   Top plate nylock nuts
   Accelerator pump nuts and washers
   Pump diaphragm
   Pump distribution gasket
   Throttle shaft bushings (teflon)
   Throttle plate screws
   Needle and seats
   Needle and seat adjustment washers
   Galley plugs

If completely rebuilding the carbs, we suggest also replacing the following due to their tendency to wear, corrode, loosen, break, etc. These are not included in this kit:

   Throttle Plates (edge wear of plates is common)
        sku# 901.100.965.00 for 40mm
        Check that you don't need larger plates due to wear of bore.
   
   Plugs for Needle & Seats (common source of leaks)
         sku# 901.100.801.00
   
   Fuel Inlet Strainers
         sku# 901.100.808.00
   
   Float Bowl Plugs (they easily snap when old, over-tightened)
         sku# 901.100.806.00

   Accelerator pump lever (“ear” attached to throttle rod)
         sku# 45027.007

   Accelerator pump rod assembly (left and right)
         sku# 61287.003, and 61287.002

   Accelerator pump pivot pin
         sku# 32486.000

   Mixture Screws and Screw Springs
         sku# 64750.003 and 47600.007


In addition, be sure to check for the following and replace if needed:

   Brass floats that are collapsed in, corroded, leaky
   Throttle shafts that are worn to 7.95mm or less, or heavily scored
   Auxiliary boosters and chokes with damaged or modified surfaces
   Jets that are deformed or twisted from over-tightening and age
   Corroded or twisted main jet holders

Return Policy

All returns require pre-approval. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, with the exception of approved warranty returns, or if we ship a different part number than ordered. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Inspect your order immediately when it arrives. We must be notified within 5 days if there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.

Returns (except warranty) won't be accepted if the part:
 - Has been installed, used, damaged, is dirty or incomplete
 - Is not sellable as new
 - Arrived in sealed packaging that has been opened
 - Is an electrical part, a distributor spring, a custom or cut-to-length item, or a Special Order
 - Was purchased more than 30 days earlier

Parts must be returned properly padded in a sturdy cardboard box. Returns sent in envelopes will be refused. Items damaged in transit to us cannot be refunded. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
