1972 Porsche 911 Distributor Shaft Bushing

Product Description:

Distributor Lower Bushing, Bronze Oilite

Small distributor shaft bushing, made from the same high strength bronze material originally used by Bosch. 

These bushings are in every Bosch Distributor used in Porsche applications. The 4 cylinder distributors use this bushing in both upper and lower locations. The 6 cylinder cast iron and the 159/169 series distributors use this bushing as the top bushing only, and the 184 series up through the 300 series use it as a lower bushing only. 

As with any bushing, this will need to be sized to the distributor shaft once installed. This will require specialized measuring equipment as well as access to the correct size ream.

All returns require pre-approval. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, with the exception of approved warranty returns, or if we ship a different part number than ordered. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Inspect your order immediately when it arrives. We must be notified within 5 days if there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.

Returns (except warranty) won't be accepted if the part:
 - Has been installed, used, damaged, is dirty or incomplete
 - Is not sellable as new
 - Arrived in sealed packaging that has been opened
 - Is an electrical part, a distributor spring, a custom or cut-to-length item, or a Special Order
 - Was purchased more than 30 days earlier

Parts must be returned properly padded in a sturdy cardboard box. Returns sent in envelopes will be refused. Items damaged in transit to us cannot be refunded. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
